The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

"Our country does plenty of killing also" is possibly the most honest thing Trump has said in many months.

Relative to Putin, our leaders have murdered substantially fewer of their political opponents, critics, and journalists, wouldn't you say? I think that IS what O'Reilly was pointing out.

Some people pointing out the hypocrisy of Trump taking the weekend off and playing golf at his Mar a Lago place. Don't forget that fees just doubled there and HE is still the beneficiary of his businesses. He's not taking the weekend off. He's working for his business interests.

Yeah, I think this is where the outrage is coming from....the U.S. has many faults, but we do not kill our political opponents or journalists...JFK excepted, of course.

The whole Putin admiration stuff is absurd. Russia is a country with vast natural and human resources and Putin provides them with near third world per capita GDP and adult life expectancy. He is an utterly ****ing useless leader.

Bannon really does look absolutely terrible. My money's on alcohol, but it could be anything. Almost certainly some kind of addition - he looks that bad every single day.

Well yeah, if you look at it from the perspective of an average Russian.

The oligarchs seem fairly happy.

161,000 votes in Florida were either for Bernie Sanders, ineligible people or left it blank. Trump won by 113,000.

Trump just won re-election in 4 years time with the recent events

If a terrorist act happens, he can clearly point out it was democrats, the Washington elite and liberals who wanted the terrorists in

He is playing right into his voters, using the SJWs like puppets

What a true mastermind he is. If the terrorist is also from Australia he might win every state.
02-05-2017 , 03:48 PM
hes definitely losing over 10% of his voters with the **** he's pulling

Chances of the average Trump voter knowing/caring about this?

If there is another terrorist attack of any proportion watch how fast the democrats get on board with whatever Trumps wants re:muslims... don't forget anti-Muslim beliefs were high even among Bernie supporters.

There is an element of conspiracy theory on the left. The DEMe/DNC treated Bernie with respect, though they didn't support him. Both sides of the primary campaign were quite civil. Bt that didn't stop the left quartile of the party from screaming "Rigged!" over some minor incidents and innocuous emails. Bernie himself fed into this with his "rigged system" rhetoric.

Don't want to derail too much, but perception in Russia is not like this at all. I work with a bunch of Russians and I have to be real careful when I want to say something about Russia or Putin that isn't positive. Not sure how it all works out given that most of the country is in decay and that there are massive poverty issues. I guess maybe in 4 years we'll know how that works .

Imo voter turnout is going to see a massive spike in the next election, and the massive spike will benefit democrats immensely. I think Trump reelection is impossible if public perception after 4 years is anything similar to what it is today.

If this is really true IS is one terrorist attack away from reaching one of its main goals. I hope your country isn't that easily tricked.

Total pointless derail, but there are some odd statistics concerning Russia. I recall seeing some mortality charts a while back that showed that Russian life expectancy has barely changed over the last few decades, which is totally out of line with just about everywhere else. Also, iirc, the difference between males and females is huge and has actually increased in recent times whereas it's been reducing in most places.

Vodka plays it's part no doubt.

Derail over.

Unless, of course, he has a financial stake, or it's over some perceived personal slight or other personal reason. Then it's just simply picking winners and losers for political reasons. And that's fine because we know he doesn't lie about the results of such practices, right?
