What part of what I said was inaccurate?

Do all Democrats want gun control? Republicans shouldn't be able to do anything to stop it at that time right?
It won't serve any purpose at all. You think any violent criminals, drug dealers, serial killers/rapists/burglars are turning in their guns? All this does is maybe hurt law abiding citizens who have guns for protection in their homes

ATC you see where you're at?

I mean the story that whosnext and chezlaw have to be telling here(it's obviously tough to piece together because they are both extremely dishonest and also just generally incoherent) is that P7 didn't have racists and it was closed by like, an act of God. That's why they both went to this zero content contradiction thing, the well of "the silly kids making stuff up to be mean" is neverending when you not only have no qualms about lying you also don't have the self-awareness to feel shame at lying badly.

They are both absolute scum and sticking up for whosnext because you vaguely remember him making a good post(you don't! You may have confused him with well named? His very rare posts in P7 were all chez understudy gibberish) is a real bad look.

Fly, I fully accept responsibility for my mistakes in the real world but your straw world remains just a straw world.

Yeah ok. I did read the forum, but not super closely and not the moderation thread, so fair enough.

lol I love how someone says "gun control" and your mind immediately goes to mass confiscation. Bro we can't even pass a law prohibiting people on terrorist watchlists from purchasing military grade machine guns and you're worried about a government decree for people to turn in their hunting rifles or face imprisonment.

If you're gonna do that you may as well do it right which means confiscating all guns. Regardless though it serves no purpose as there are too many cracks in the process

Dude's gonna get thousands of people killed.

Nothing's perfect but the UK demonstrates that the cracks can be fairly insignificant.

Have we heard Trump say KJU's name? I don't recall it.

I'm convinced that he actually doesn't know the name of NK's leader.

My hope is Kim Jong Un is smart enough to realize he has the world terrified right now and he's in power. If he does anything brash it's pretty much inevitable he's going to get taken out. He's pretty much got the best possible thing going right now. Attacking pretty much anyone is going to ruin it

He tweeted.

Pretty terrifying that while BMOL spews idiocy all over this thread he's still probably less dumb than the president of the United States

Chez,

P7 was badly modded. It was rife with racism and personal attacks (and I made a lot of them myself) even though supposedly neither were supposed to happen. You didn't need more than a brain cell and a half (see mongidig) to phrase terrible things in a way that avoided moderator action. You were a door mat for the odious. A welcome mat.

That tweet is 25th amendment material or whatever the thing is for kicking him out because he's a crazy idiot.

I accept I made some mistakes but it's very tough to have a political debate that covers the mainstream given how extreme politics is. I and then we tried to find the line but there simply isn't some good solution. I don't think the fact there will be mistakes and problems is a reason not to do things. The difficulties were one of the reasons for bringing more mods on board.

Personal attacks were never fully banned. Leeway was also allowed and the rule was to move on quickly. I don't think you ever broke that rule. Again it's tricky, especially given how toxic the politics debate is and the history of PU. Towards the end it changed to be more like PU - a move in the wrong direction in my personal view but I wasn't dictating. I decided that having Well Named on board was better (and I still think that was correct).

chezlaw last time I came up I asked you what specifically you took responsibility for and you never answered. Which posters did you not moderate enough, and why?

Somehow Wookie's politics forum didn't get closed down because of excessive Nazis. How did he do it?

Holy **** he's blaming WELL NAMED for relaxing the personal attacks rule??!?! What ****ing mythology is getting built here?

Does fly ever make a post of any kind ever that is not an attack on another poster?

He has to be the lowest content poster in the history of the forum.

In b4 he attacks me.

Like how ****ing transparent can you be, just saying "I accept responsibility" without actually acknowledging that you made mistakes is a new low even for chezlaw

I clearly have acknowledged I made mistakes. I also accept the failure to mod some posts(ers) towards the end were indefensible mistakes.

That's the reality. I gather it's different on your straw world but that's your responsibility.
