Jesus, they've been talking about how that number was rigged for eight years now, suddenly it's become accurate in the last two weeks.

If Trump were to be impeached and removed from office, he's running again anyway, right? Now that he's got the pipeline to move campaign funds into his pocket, he's not just going to shut it down. Besides, he'd be bigly motivated to screw those responsible for his ouster.

That's an interesting question...can a President who has been removed from office run again?

bro even after he serves 2 terms he's gonna keep running. there's no constitutional clause that says he can't run and appoint a person to serve on his behalf READ THE CONSTITUTION

I actually read about the case from Chomsky. It never occurred to me that Obama action could violate a bunch of basic law principles while at the same time being perfectly legal.

Edit : Legal in us law , it obviously violates international law. But lol international law.

I'd like to encourage a tourist boycott of the US. Economic resistance is probably the most effective for a Trump presidency.

But don't go to Newfoundland. It's cold and bleak and they talk funny.

It's not like charter schools are a new thing for Republicans. Even some democrats like them bc it means they don't actually have to send their kids to school with black kids.

I'm looking forward to the deep dive into the activists that brought her down.

Yeah I was thinking of going to Phoenix next month to play golf, but now I'm more likely to head to the Bahama. Not too inclined to spend dollars in the USA these days.

It's not a bad idea considering Trump himself is willing to cooperate.

So TRUMPS gonna go on vacation? Sweet he can work on his hue while tweeting us into a ****ing war. Cock sucker.

Also **** it, might as well start selling guns at 7-11 next to the Twix.

Yeah, making sure the mentally unstable have access to deadly firearms is pretty good evidence that trump wants more dead American school children. Blood-thirsty GOP will of course follow along.
02-03-2017 , 11:28 PM
...as will the ACLU.

Article 1, section 3

Quote:
Judgment in Cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
IANAL but he could be barred from office. Of course that doesn't keep him from "running" and causing trouble. If raising money is a problem, he could in that case support a surrogate (who would of course keep money going to Trump). So yes, the show will go on and on.

If I am understanding things correctly Trump can instantly win the travel ban fight in court if he takes out the part giving special privileges to religious freedom seekers who obviously are mainly Christian. If he simply bans everyone from those countries he is within the law. Would Trump throw Christians under the bus to get that win?

I lol'ed

Quote:
Unfortunately for Fox’s pro-Trump narrative, the job creation in this report does not belong to his administration. University of Chicago economist Austan Goolsbee, a former chairman of President Obama's Council of Economic Advisors, pointed out that the "reference week" for the latest jobs data*ran through January 12, meaning the entire report predates the Trump administration by over a week.
