1% tho. Nice!
Worm thought Grandma had the math skills of a gorilla, not a guerrilla. I think.

American evangelicals are by almost any measure way way more "radical" than American muslims.

Seriously. I know you're old enough to remember the way Chelsea was treated and even Amy Carter. You don't have to feel good about the whole human race though.

It's only a little bit.

But that's not the real reason we're screwed. We're screwed because we accept this verdict. We're screwed because we've accepted the War on Drugs for forty years. I try to be as optimistic as possible, but the most hopeful thing I can hold onto is the idea that one day we will NOT accept this, we will NOT be okay with it, and we will replace politicians and officials and attorneys general who allow these things to happen. Until we do, how can we get to the root problem in this society, which is that we treat powerful people completely differently than we treat vulnerable (usually that means poor or black) people?
This is a pretty good post but there is a problem with it. It implies that if you just get rid of a few people, the criminal justice system will be great and we can go back to arguing about marginal tax rates and whatnot. Nah. The system is totally rotten to the core because it is DESIGNED to oppress black people. It's functioning as intended and we have to face up to that before it can be fixed.

You know what makes me happy? Even with great exaggeration, this is the best they can hit us with:

Look at how tightly his middle and lower class base is wrapped around him psychologically. They've gotten nothing for their troubles but a stolen Gorsuch in almost 5 months. If you asked them about Trump accomplishments 3 months ago, the answers were always "Keystone Pipeline, Dakota Pipeline, TPP" (LOL Really??) and they couldn't answer a follow up question if you paid them to Google it. Now, they got sick and tired of the nonsense and just answer Gorsuch almost all the time. These people are just about breaking even after 140 days. So why are they still so loyal? Because GOP policies like Trumpcare haven't passed and because they aren't being negatively affected by the rest YET. They are either misinformed by Fox/RWNJs or don't care about:

RUSSIA-GATE

PARIS-CLIMATE-GATE
N.A.T.O.-GATE
TERROR-GATE

SCOTUS-GATE
ANTI-OBAMA-GATE
TRAVEL-BAN-GATE
WEAPONS-GATE
CLASSIFIED-GATE

I got lazy after expanding only the first few. There are probably more. But yeah, just 4.5 months in.

EDIT: And his TWEETS. OMG the tweets. Follow him if you don't already. Check Twitter archives too. Geeeeez.
BTW, this was a very rough draft, but anyone is welcome to use it as a starting point for a stickied list of Trump's BS or something similar. You know, to remind the supporters who have goldfish memories.

How much work does it take to set up a shell company named INFRASTRUCTURE then collect $200 billion to whack up among your family and GOP friends?
