Sounds like they would be changing the terms of a contract once it's been signed.

Flynn May Have Broken Law by Not Disclosing Russia Dealings, Lawmakers Say
Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican of Utah and chairman of the House oversight committee, said Mr. Flynn also appeared to have inappropriately accepted the funds without permission.

“As a former military officer, you simply cannot take money from Russia, Turkey or anybody else,” he said. “And it appears as if he did take that money. It was inappropriate, and there are repercussions for a violation of law.”

Or it's changing the tax code, which congress has 100% power to do at anytime.

yea, but when you contribute to traditional you can't deduct the contributions for tax purposes. So you can grow asset tax free in the interim, but you get taxed on both ends unless you rollover to a roth.

Meh. I think Trump's ignorance was on constant display. Trump's nuclear triad moment wasn't much better than Johnson's Aleppo moment.

in rare news, here's a bit about a republican displaying true character and integrity.

Quote:
North Carolina has a mandatory retirement age for judges. To prevent the Democratic Party governor from appointing replacements for Court of Appeals judges nearing forced retirement, the Republican Legislature passed a bill to shrink the size of the court from 15 to 12 judges — thereby denying the Democrat of three scheduled appointments.

The legislation was vetoed on Friday, but a successful veto override was expected later tonight.

However, before the legislature could vote to override Governor Cooper’s veto of House Bill 239, Judge McCullough resigned 36 days prior to his forced retirement. This allowed the appointment of Judge Arrowood at 9:45 a.m. this morning.

“I did not want my legacy to be the elimination of a seat and the impairment of a court that I have served on,” Judge McCullough explained.

****boy
A ****boy is a weakass dude who ain’t ****.
The guy who will go around calling women “thirsty hoes” but like 30 profile pictures in a row and comment “hot” because he thinks somehow it’ll get him laid.
The guy who calls girls sluts but goes around begging for nudes out of ****ing nowhere.
The guy who sends unrequested dick pics with no context to women he’s barely spoken to.
The guy who regularly uses phrases like “bros before hoes”
The guy whose idea of flirting is “what would u do if i was there right now lol”
The guy who will call you a prude if you dont want to **** anyone, but call you a slut if you want to **** someone who isnt him.
The guy who will disrespect you and try and get with you in the same breath.
The guy who tries to text you even when he already has a girl
The guy who continues to hit on you even when you’ve said no
The kind of guy you have to lie about having a boyfriend to in order to get him to leave you alone.
The guy who will tell you “you’re not like the other girls” like that’s a compliment because he doesn’t have any respect for them.
The guy who will tell you “my exes were all crazy” even though you know them to be totally fine, kind, measured people.
A ****boy is a guy who will tell you “guys don’t like it when you -” and try to shame you because of your weight, hair, style, makeup or anything else that you do in order to express yourself because in their tiny ****boy minds you only exist to attract them.
"Dylan is a real ****boy."

"Yeah I liked this guy but then he started pulling this ****boy crap so I stopped texting him back"

I don't think that's right. I pay no taxes on my traditional IRA contributions (and the company match). That's the whole point of a traditional IRA.

So this tariff is worth 1.25B for the last 3 months and the next year? Watch them spin this into wall money.
04-25-2017 , 02:13 PM
i was thinking about why we don't need to secure the northern border too, and remembered the wall is essentially a multi-billion-dollar confederate monument

if you're covered by a work plan (like a 401k) then you can't deduct your contributions past certain income levels. You can still contribute, but you don't get the up front tax benefit.

That paint shop guy is a Cuban. I know dozens of that guy. This is what I was talking about way back in November, when I was questioning the forum consensus that HRC had the Florida Latino vote locked down.
