Waiting for the Frothy is the man for the job...

RedMan post.

The people in Mitt's crowd look miserable...
02-08-2012 , 12:41 AM
what's with these guys. After Newt got bitch slaped in the results he gave an inaugural speech. Now Mittens performs a late night stump speech when it looks like a sweepnight. Delusional is the first thing that pops into my mind.

A lot of that seems a ittle alarmist, gays and weed - okay.

He wants income tax abolished or changed?

Democrat pieces of news.

-Obama has more votes in Missouri then Romney does and Democrats don't have a reason to vote because Obama is uncontested (64,019 to 63,489)
02-08-2012 , 12:47 AM
wow someone lunged at Romney.

As a Minnesotan, I'm wondering WhyTF this state's GOP votes for the craziest candidates (e.g. bachmann).

The only theory I have is that local republicans are overcompensating for the fact that we vote blue in the big election.

Beyond scummy for anyone to try and throw something or lunge at a candidate or president.

How do you explain Ventura? Or Franken? Loved the Replacements though at least you got that right.

Apparently it was just another one of those glitter things where someone tries to throw glitter on one of the candidates.
02-08-2012 , 01:00 AM
wow this race might not even be close. Everytime a Denver (Romney) precinct comes in with more vote a rural county gets counted and keep Santorum up there. This is a really surprising result for Santorum to be up by this much.

Dude. If someone was armed and attacked Romney don't you think it'd be on the news?
02-08-2012 , 01:02 AM
LOL Santorum. Of course.

I am reminded of the Ron White bit where he's drunk on an airplane with mechanical troubles:

Of course, I'd been drinking since lunch, so I was like, "Take it down, I don't care. Hit somethin' hard, I don't wanna limp away from this piece of ****." The guy sitting next to me is losing his mind; apparently, he had a lot to live for. He turns to me, he says "Hey man! [gasps for air] Hey, man! Hey, man! [gasps for air] If one of these engines fails, [gasps for air] how far will the other one take us?" So I was like, "All the way to the scene of the crash! Which is pretty handy, 'cause that's where we're headed. I bet we beat the paramedics there by a half-hour! We're haulin' ass!"

Ron White = Santorum/Gingrich voter. Scared guy = Romney voter.

?

I wasn't talking about independents or liberals, just the GOP.

I've been keeping track of precinct results in the caucuses.

In Nevada, I had 76 precincts, 2506 total votes.

Romney 57.0%
Gingrich 18.5%
Paul 17.6%
Santorum 6.9%

In Minnesota I had 17 precincts, 775 total votes.

Santorum 41.6%
Paul 26.7%
Romney 20.9%
Gingrich 10.8%

In Colorado I have 11 precincts 636 total votes.

Santorum 44.2%
Romney 35%
Gingrich 12.7%
Paul 8%

That's all from twitter. Random reporting from people. Seem to make good samples for Exit Polls.

I was talking about the craziness of MN voters in general. And wanted to work in how excellent the Replacements were. Look them up young ins.

So does generally lower voter turnout in these states tonight mean anything about the general election in Nov?

I've been making fun of Repubs for this but on the side doing research on this. Lower turnout in the primary won't dictate who wins in the fall. There is no correlation.

Although it is kind of funny that there might be more people at the nuggets game then caucused in the whole state.
