Totally had the chance to take that same picture at a shopping center yesterday that had HL and Chik-fil-A, but nobody else I was traveling with wanted to stop.
07-06-2014 , 09:21 AM
Yeah, but the original hobby lobby pic on its own was more like A-. She just needed a better reveal.

The guy posting the "well I can tell one of these girls isn't actually going to kill someone" comments is a much better troll.
07-06-2014 , 09:42 AM
I would guess that guy is sincere, and inducing that sort of response elevates her troll rating pretty significantly.

Gotta love the knee jerk defensive reaction of CHP brass in this case. Sorry in advance for any LOLbertarian responses about how evil cops are.

Ed Klein has another blockbuster in the Post:

Later on in the article, note the weird way that Clinton's awkward Austin Powers reference later ends up getting used by another person as if it was in general use, like Klein forgot who he was making **** up by.

Is Obama just muttering that after everything?

"Please hold"

"This would never happen in a European-style democratic-socialist state"

LMAO at this:
Quote:
When I ran this information before a well-informed Democratic Party operative, he pooh-poohed the scenario.

“It’s all bulls–t,” he said. “The media is creating a Hillary Clinton-Elizabeth Warren rivalry to hype the storyline. If Warren dared to challenge Hillary, women all over America would never forgive her. She’d lose all her credibility.”
Now I dont pretend to understand the way women think on all issues, but I feel comfortable with the belief they wont give a **** that two women decided to run for president.

lol Phil.

Some knucklehead water skied into my dock and busted his leg. What are the chances I get sued?

The NY Post is putting those weird Ed Klein fiction excerpts on the front page of their site! This is amazing.

That book is #2 on the NY Times Bestseller list. WTF

How far would you drive for $1000 cash? Consider time it takes driving both ways and any/all expenses incurred on the trip. Assume a dude has $1000 cash to give you and decide how far you would drive to meet him to give it to you.

Even after his death he was still a presence in her daughter’s life, she wrote. Cummings recalled her child clutching her hands and saying, “Mom, please promise that you still care about killing all the blacks. If Dad is not here to build the bomb, I will have to do it when I grow up.” She said until the day he died Cummings constantly threatened to kill her and her child.

Something less than it would cost (actual expense and value of my time) to send the money western union.

Depends on where I'm driving, but probably about 600 miles.

I'm right there with you, but I think that's the furthest an employed adult would be willing to drive. Could be wrong though, IDK.

Well obviously it depends if I'm driving a Leaf vs. a Tahoe. Or do you mean $1000 over and above expenses? Also is it an interesting drive or a boring one I've done 100 times?
07-06-2014 , 08:22 PM
Total? Most I've ever driven in one sitting was 900 miles from Chicago to New Orleans and it was pretty nasty at the end.... And I had someone else with me. Longest solo was Ann Arbor to princeton and that wasn't fun either

I used to have a job driving from KC to Columbia, MO and back every day to pick up bundles of checks for a bank. I think I made about $50 for the 4 hour round trip. This was in the 90s though and I was dirt poor.

I actually really enjoyed the drive though as it gave me a lot of time to think. I was doing amateur stand up comedy and I came up with a lot of my best material while I had that job.

Yeah. That's basically the farthest I would drive in one day, and basically make a weekend drive out of it.

This is key. Driving through the midwest, probably only 500 miles or so. Give me the entire pacific coast highway, maybe 800.

It's hard to overestimate how popular Duck Dynasty is in North Louisiana.
