romneycare, obamacare = both individual mandates therefore they are equivalent

government healthcare = the guy meant individual mandate

universal healthcare = the guy doesn't know what universal is, but meant individual mandate

socialized medicine = the guy meant individual mandate

healthcare = a bit of a lazy answer but again meant individual mandate

so basically everyone answered individual mandate and agreed with each other that romney has held two positions on the same issue
