Drunk Sex and Rape Drunk Sex and Rape

ikes, like, to get away from you dodging prop bets and inventing canons of statutory construction...

What's your point, again? This college clearly does not have a drunk sex is rape policy, even though you weirdly are arguing that they should? Or something? Who ****ing knows.

Nobody in this thread thinks drunk sex is rape. What is the actual disagreement you have here? What would make you not complain?

Except when they're explicitly arguing otherwise!

You keep saying this but who in the world is arguing this?
07-23-2015 , 10:56 PM
Pop quiz: did the OCR guidance that ikes is so worried about come out before or after that poster?

Hint: Post hoc ergo propter hoc is definitely a logical fallacy, but we generally all agree that events don't cause antecedents.

Hmmm did I claim the ocr guidance caused this poster?

still curious who exactly you think is arguing that drunk sex is rape ITT...
07-23-2015 , 11:02 PM
You did.
07-23-2015 , 11:03 PM
You must have misread me, I certainly didn't
07-23-2015 , 11:04 PM
Anyway, if that's the only disagreement you have with anyone ITT I'm glad I could clear that up. I don't, and didn't ever think that all drunk sex was rape.

Nah, you stopped talking the OCR once you realized that you were talking nonsense about it. Well, it took a little while to learn that's what you were complaining about earlier, but eventually it was explained to you.

But it's not that long ago that that's what you thought the source of all of this "injustice" was.

I stopped talking about OCR because an impasse was reached. You can't follow the conversation here, but you got an opinion or something.
07-24-2015 , 04:01 PM
Right, we reached an impasse where everyone was just pointing and laughing at you and you basically ran out of dumb stuff to say. We seem to have reached a similar impasse regarding these horrible horrible decade-old posters, which probably means you'll stop talking about them too. Encouraging!
07-24-2015 , 04:18 PM
Decade old, this year, whatever
07-24-2015 , 04:29 PM
Uh that Josie poster you threw a temper tantrum about was like ten years old...

And they have an updated poster that says the same thing!
07-28-2015 , 07:24 PM
No it doesn't. It doesn't mention that lying whore Josie at all...
07-28-2015 , 07:25 PM
lol ok bro. It still defines drunk sex as rape.
07-28-2015 , 07:26 PM
What? No it doesn't. Did you look at that definition that you yourself posted?
07-28-2015 , 07:32 PM
yes it does. repeating the same argument sounds fun though! peace
07-28-2015 , 07:32 PM
Run along then.
07-28-2015 , 07:40 PM
btw I would still love to have some actual lawyer decide between my interpretation of that definition you posted and yours. Obviously you never, ever, evvvvvvvveeeeeerrrrrr would agree to such a bet (because even you think you're wrong deep down), but it would still be fun to have a lawyer or group of lawyers be all "lol? Of course senior keed is right? I mean I don't even..."

ikes about three more questions about the poster into bringing up doctor shortages to change the subject, lol he thought this **** was reddit
07-28-2015 , 08:42 PM
reddit is probably more liberal than this forum flywf. By quite a bit actually. Like, people are dumb enough that they think Bernie Sanders is a good idea.
