But if you want an argument so badly, I'll give you one on this post, because this is an utterly pathetic level of bloviating:

Jesus christ ikes, what is in the constitution that makes being excused from Cornell's campus an erosion of civil rights and due process that wouldn't also apply to someone getting fired from their job after getting too drunk at the office party and sexually harassing a coworker? Are you posting like a clown right now because you're upset nobody will take your big boy blog links seriously and read them? You're embarrassing yourself.

There is a civil right to rape drunk chicks and then rely on the criminal justice system's high burden of proof to escape without consequence, goofy.

dixon v alabama state board of ed
tinker v des moines
goss v lopez
title ix

**** cornell guarantees due process in their own rules.

Might want to hold off on telling people they're embarrassing themselves when you have no idea what you're talking about.

It's like the thread is rebooting.
03-30-2015 , 12:56 PM
yeah, it's baffling how someone can have supposedly read this thread from the beginning and not realized that title ix guarantees due process both for the accused and the accuser, and that this applies to private schools (although cornell is weird in that it has a public part of it). But hey, I'm the one with the agenda of wanting to rape drunk chicks, and it totally has nothing to do with the fact that I've had to stare down the prospect of facing a false allegation adjudicated by one of these kangaroo courts.

Angry ikes is so cute when he thinks he knows a thing. Which of those public school decisions apply to Cornell?

Look at you ikes, the small government libertarian who hates big government intervention into private industry. Except for when that intervention is super necessary because you're mad at what Cornell calls due process. So you cry at liberals on the internet about it for months and don't even realize you're posting conservative think tank blog links, and then pretend you aren't as ****ty of a poster as dkos liberals when called out. Marvelous.

"Civil rights violations." This ****ing guy.

lol the intervention is literally the problem goofy. Like cornell is running their process in this bastardized way in response to the intervention. You're ****ing clueless and really should try harder.

So Title IX is part of the constitution? Because that's kind of my point about laughing at your "civil rights violations" bloviating.

Also, I like your plea of no contest to being as ****ty of a poster as dkos liberals. It's nice for you to finally admit to your awfulness, even if only implicitly.

Oh so you've gone from BUT IT'S A PRIVATE school to me citing actual law instead of only the constitution? LOL wut? Cornell gets millions from the feds, those funds come with rules. Rules that they've broken. Rules that have been twisted by the current administration in a laughable interpretation of the law.

I'm ignoring an obvious troll. You're the clown in here talking about private schools and how title ix doesn't apply.

Please go on though, what exactly about cornell being private school means they don't have to give due process? Go on for the class goofy.
03-30-2015 , 05:49 PM
ikes still doesn't know what due process is.
03-30-2015 , 06:04 PM
Just to clarify

Goofy, lets say you attend College XYZ. A female student tells the Dean of XYZ that you (Goofy) raped her last night in her dorm. She has no witnesses, no physical evidence nor any real corroboration of the story besides her side.

Would you be okay with the Dean suspending you until the investigation (2-3 months seems to be the usual time period) is finished?

I mean, goofy, not that I expected you to admit that you were talking out your ass, but this is the only attempt an argument. But hey, keep supporting a process that 'calculates' a .33-.43 BAC despite no 3rd party reporting any symptoms that would be associated with such an obscene level of alcohol.... and not understanding how title ix applies to private schools.

Lol. The reason people laugh at you is the fact you cherry pick the worst of the manosphere for obscure points that really don't matter in the big scheme of things. All to support your world view of poor oppressed white men being oppressed by women.

It's like going to a famine area in africa and then complaining about one of the kids taking an extra cup of beans.

This has to be one of the worst analogies I've ever seen on these forums

Hmmm you think it's 'obscure points' to hold up basic due process rights?

not even a little

ikes literally has to make up my argument and positions to not look like an idiot - tell me more about the things I'm supporting, lol. You're the one laughably blowing up rapists getting kicked out of school into "civil rights violations". You're the one who had no idea, though others figured it out instantly, that you were posting links to conservative think tank publications. Why do you think it is that you have some mental block that kept you from noticing something that others found obvious?

Also, is it your position now that liberals posting dkos links AREN'T clowns? Would like to know for future purposes, thx.
03-30-2015 , 06:56 PM
So now goofy has gone from 'but they're private schools' to 'but title ix isn't in the constitution' to 'but it's a conservative think tank link'.

walk it back bro, walk it back.

LOL, only someone as bad as ikes could refer to "saying the same thing you have since the start of a discussion" as "walking back". Just amazing.

And yeah, I wouldn't want to think very deeply either about why you're the only person here who couldn't tell how transparently partisan that website was, it might lead to some painful self-realizations about how much you're just like the partisan dip****s you claim to be better than.
