I feel like I'm talking to a little kid. There are degrees of evil. Stabbing someone is evil but it's not on the same level as Hitler. Claiming George Bush committed some evil acts doesn't mean he's on the Hitler scale either. Why am I even explaining this to you in detail? I feel like I'm stating the obvious.

Calling someone a villain also depends on the context. A villain in a disney movie and a villain in shawshank redemption are not on the same scale either. It seems like your scale just has good and bad and no in betweens.
