Who gets the real ID chips implanted under their skin first? Which country and under what pretext do they get their first volunteers/victims/people they are 'helping'?

i used to date a girl whose jesus freak mom wouldnt shut up about this stuff. i think the only people who are worried about it are fundamentalist mongoloids

I'll be on record and note that I've never met anyone openly worry about being implanted with RFID chips...so *I* think they're hard to find. But perhaps we run in different crowds.

I'm not, but I don't see why this is an unreasonable thought. People are already talking about putting GPS chips in the skin of thier children just in case they get lost or something.

*edit- basically its all about incrementalism- taking small steps that are accepted by the public gradually rather than big ones that are rejected, even if the end is the same in both.

They are chips. I have heard that if the back cover of the passport is smashed with a hammer the chip stops functioning.

This would be a great idea, if, you were also given a phone number you could call when you were lost.
