538 is already going with Trump taking Florida, NC, Ohio and Ia. It's close enough to flip NV and NH to the red column.
Having NC a solid red there if wtfbbq levels.

Is it actually that close right now? Media up here still skewing so hard for Hillary it's hard to know.

What a shock. It would be weirdly poetic/super gross to have Trump steal this election through actual fraud and disenfranchisement after his puffing his chest about the election being rigged

NV is all but locked up; Trumps path to victory is WI + NC + the rest and in that case he could actually afford to lose NH so I don't think we're ever sweating NH.

Doesn't polling have CO somewhere in the neighborhood of C +8?

Police shootings in Des Moines can only help Trump in Iowa, not that I thought HRC had much chance in Iowa at this point.

I'm bummed no matter what happens at this point. GOP deserved an absolute nut crushing for nominating someone as awful as Trump, and it's not going to happen. Instead, we probably are going to get a narrow HRC victory, and endless claptrap about fraud, no mandate, etc.

I am stunned that Trump has been able to keep his big yapper shut for the last four days.

I just clicked red, doesn't really matter the level of red it is if Trump wins the state. If your going to get nit picky I have Texas likely red when there was a poll out that has him at +13.

This scenario gets 270 for Trump only if he wins the one electoral vote in Maine.

If he wins WI, loses NH, and loses Maine, they tie at 269.

Rcp has Clinton +5 through sunday. Takes in to account some emailghazigate but not all.

These are Trump's final paths:

All paths include Romney 2012 (this includes NC) + OH + FL + IA.
This is a base of 259 Electoral Votes.

I will assume a 269-269 tie will end with a Trump Presidency.

1. Wisconsin + ME-2: 270
2. Colorado + ME-2: 269
3. Michigan: 275
4. Pennsylvania: 295
5. Nevada + NH + ME-2: 270

These are Trump's only paths to 270 EV.

I ranked them in my own personal order of likelihood.

Which assures him the Presidency.

"There's no way Trump wins the nomination"

Except he did.

Sweating WI is the real pro move atm.
11-02-2016 , 09:19 AM
Why does 270towin have WI as a toss up by default? Post email Friday has polls at C+5.7

Well said by Obama, this is exactly how i view it too.

FWIW real clear updated their map from this am and put more grey on the board that were HRC states (Co and Va).

That isn't exactly what Dids said. He said it was bad she would face extra, unfounded criticism rooted in prejudice because she is a woman born in Saudi Arabia, compared to what a white guy would face. This is inarguably true, and it has happened in this thread already. You then pull out criticism of her that basically never is thrown at a man.

This is including a weird poll out of Nevada having Trump +4 with an even 47-47 split in Vegas which seems pretty lolsie, and 21% of Dems breaking for Trump and 20% of the black vote which is even more lolwortht than the 21 percent dem

I think of all the states, its had the best demographics shift from 08/12 to 16 for Clinton. More minorities and people with college degrees. Against a standard Republican it might not even be in play for HRC though.

Here's a link to a pdf of a report on AI, "PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE
OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE," issued by the White House Nat'l Science and Technology Council a few weeks ago. Hillary may have even read it (probably not, but some of her staff have). Trump has likely never heard of AI. https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/def...ture_of_ai.pdf

And if you acted like Trump you'd be serving consecutive life sentences.
