This is an interesting line to take, and very telling. Run the last couple pages by a few mods on the gambling side of things. None of them will even care the slightest bit about Hasten being banned and all of them will take issue with unsubstantiated welching claims. You're demonstrably wrong here.

I already said I was out of line saying he was going to welch. I wouldn't bet with him, but you are right that I have no evidence to say he won't pay if he makes bets.
