yes they do

could still cover sorta, if they make it to OT3 where they have to go for 2 point conversions

tcu scores TD + 2 point and air force does nothing

if tcu gets the ball 2nd and air force doesn't score then yes

if tcu goes first, scores a td + extra point and air force doesn't score then no

at the third OT they have to go for 2 point conversions instead of extra points

but tcu could just also kick a field goal and win
