Ok well I bet 500 to win 150 for the Celtics to not win the championship after game 1 if the eastern conference championship.
The Celtics are +240 to win next game and I assume they would be +250 for game 7..... Is there some kind of formula to figure out the best possibly result or the lowest possible loss?
