As far as I know, you have to scrape website in real time, but need to be careful as they get pissy about that sometimes especially on local bookie websites. If you find anything please share.

welp bovada finally pulled the plug on me for tennis. I'm now restricted to winning a max of $100 for any form of tennis. For some random reason i also cant bet korean baseball anymore lol (i was just checking to see what was restricted. I have never made a korean baseball bet)

5dimes is a good site with so many betting options for tennis like adjusted lines etc... and the rolling if-bet is amazing feature if your money is locked up in a wager. RU18 you'd kill it on that site.

Cashouts for me have been great. I opt for physical checks via courier. They have always come in a timely manner and the process from clicking the cashout button to having the money cleared in my bank takes about a week. "Verifying" the account was equally easy.
