Dont wanna clog up the LC thread but this should be fun...
I have given poogs 2+ weeks already to pay, it seems like he has no intention of paying and has ignored all my emails for 2 weeks. At this point , I may as well call him out and show what kind of scumbag he is and prevent others from doing anything with him..
The bet : Me and Poogs made a side bet for 1000$ that BrianL would finish with a winning record units wise after 150 plays, BrianL finished the bet +7 units and I was declared the winner by the Wiper who was the judge on all matters and poogs suggested we choose.
Escrow : since day 1 , I was pushing to get an escrow going especially with the nature of the bet.. Poogs kept on delaying it for some reason.. I mean how hard is it to put 1k on paypal and escrow it?
There was alot of drama going on here at the time and poogs finally decided to escrow ..

I just added the money to my paypal acct, it says it will be in there 3-5 days.
twoplustwo went down and we lost contact and I couldnt find a way to get in contact with him , but our bet clearly still stood as that was in our agreement.Brian was around 20+ units for the season at that time.

decide all outcomes and all decisions are final. (for example if brian is +20 units after 100 plays and somehow disappears , I would be entitled to a % of the bet , or if brian is breakeven after 100 plays , I would loses a % of my bet etc.. [ Again this is extraodinary, but always better to have a contingency plan]
I'm ready to escrow anytime pretty much, and would like to get this started already .

I had sent poogs pm's after 2p2 came back with no luck, at this point, the bet had 3 games to go and looked like it was going to be close.. I finally tried the email feature that 2p2 had and somehow poogs responded. at that point BrianL may have been up 8 units or so with maybe less than 7 games remaining . but it was looking like he was going to go 0-4 that day and be only +2 units with 3 games to go. he wound up going 1-3 and the bet was pretty much a lock with 3 games to go.

I know I can't force you to pay or anything. But we had stated in our agreement that wiper was getting all the plays etc... and we both trusted him. I think what you are doing is a bit shady... since the forums went down ... Brian is actually down many units.... so it works to your advantage that the plays count after the forums went dowb
It would have been a lot easier for me to just ignore this and freeroll you. I have no idea what brians record is and I have no way of verifying any plays. I've been scammed on these forums twice and I can't risk any chance of it again.
So either 300 or nothing. I won't be able to escrow it but you have my word for whatever that's worth. Like I said I'm off the grid for about a week so tonight has to be the decision

ummm, Iam not sure when 2p2 went down but Brian's record was 46-30-1 and plus 21.39 when the forums went down.
since brian went tout he has lost about 14 units...
Again , you say something about verifying plays... we agreed many times that wiper would be the final judge...
also twoplustwo going down has no impact on the bet at all...
ya should create a gimmick account on twoplustwo and post the situation...
u already knew the rules, i already escrowed, and wiper kept track who is very reputable
and as for getting scammed etc.. on twoplustwo.. I have been scammed many times also..
if you post our situation on twoplustwo and ask for opinions everyone will agree that what you are doing is shady..

wiper was tracking plays for 1 week on twitter, than brian L went tout last week.
If you were in my situation you would totally demand the bet stays on . we both trusted wiper and we both agreed to the terms...

This was the last email I received from poogs on may 16th as he finally agreed to pay but has disappeared since and has no responded to any of my emails...
I mean if he really did deposit via paypal, the money should have been there and he could have sent it already, but he clearly was trying to freeroll me all along and is most likely broke.
I sent him 2-3 emails in the past week and sent him a final email 24 hours ago threatning to make a thread as well as getting Admo involved but no response yet...
