We are basically debating whether the Ga State bet should stand. Ga state was a 4pm game so not technically an "early slate game". Steve had confirmed all other swaps for later games (also his slate had all games that started at 3:30 or later so idk why the post about early slate games).

Steve thought i said Ga southern (which was a noon game) and not Ga state which is why he didnt confirm. Had he seen that it was ga state, he would have confirmed it

More interested in your thoughts on what constitutes an "early slate game" and if having that wording in a swap leads to some potential ambiguity

Dont put ambiguous things like "early slate" to avoid these types of issues. That being said, I dont see how a 4pm game could be reasonably considered "early slate" for a college football Saturday. No action on the 4pm game IMO.

I actually think a better question is if the Michigan game should count, if/since the corresponding swap is ruled invalid. I rarely do swaps so I'm not a good person to offer an opinion on that.

Would think the Mich game is action based on the fact someone else could have booked Steve if he had called no action for bad swap. I don't think the swap can count though IMO. 4pm is never early slate in ncaa or nfl.
