On a serious note what rules are being used for this prop? Pinny? It seems clear there won't be a "normal result" and it probably won't be settled til Jan. How does grading work?

Looking at the Pinny rules it appears that they punt to FEC results. I'm having a lot of difficulty navigating the FEC's rules to how they determine the "winner" of the presidential election. I suspect given the anticipated election challenges likely to come out of both parties it would be important to better understand how Pinny would grade this. I.e. how did they have graded Bush vs Gore (was their a push graded due to the recount?) - I suspect I can do more research on this topic.
