I trust they'll fix it...and assuming they do, it's an advantage for those who haven't picked yet because they can see everyone else's picks and make the most ev selection...however given the uncertainty and added stress from this colossal error, that advantage is deserved.

They generally respond fast when using the Support tab, but their customer service also generally has no idea what they are talking about.

It appears that the pool closed early today because the latest game was held in Europe, making the starting time earlier than usual. We truly apologize for the inconvenience however, keep in mind that the pool will not be available for new picks, if the game was already played.

The reason Support is generally clueless about the Survivor pool is because I'm pretty sure it's whitelabeled from a third party provider. I'm also 99% sure in previous years, Sunday at 12:59pm has always been the deadline, even when there's Europe games or Saturday games. I'm not affected by this, in fact it helps me, but I'm still very mad about it because it's complete incompetence and bs and makes me less likely to use them again.

There was also the BS at the start of the year where entries could occur all the way up to MNF, and it didn't show people's picks at 1pm as usual.

Not sure what happens if they don't fix the situation in the next 2 hours before deadline. Surely even they have to realize how much they ****ed up knocking out a huge % of pools without even a pick.
