I so want to bet Philly over Miami for 13/1.

I learned my lesson last year and no longer bet series prices, but I don't think that's a bad bet. Not quite Bos to win the title but I'd give Philly about 12% to pull it off IMO - not counting in the hedge angle obv

Contently sitting back and letting Bulls 12/1 to win the East, Spurs 7/1 to win the West and 10/1 to win title ride dirtay. Thanks for the December lines books!!

Now watch both teams flame out in the 2nd round or something

i really think philly can give miami a run. even if they lost all 3 meetings in reg season, or 3-1 or whatever. philly is playing decent ball since jan 1 and is better than their seeding. but anything less than 10/1 fugghedaboutit prolly

I don't like much first round action, which is surprising because usually I do. If I can get a good price on a Boston prop bet to beat the Knicks in 4 and/or 5, I may look into that.

well, glad i didn't bet philly or portland. always sucks to lose game 1 and see your dog series get better odds, and be down a game to boot.

still like knicks

also the one fave i liked was orlando, glad i didn't hit that either.

might get on some after game 1

Prob stupid? Must feel good about your orlando bet. I was actually talking about these bets and how stupid she would think I was if I put 1k on 3 similar bets and even she thought it was stupid and she knows nothing about sports. 1 loss and your completely fked.

I think he is referencing the fact that you put a lot more money on the "stupid bets" vs the smaller bet you made on the "good bet".
Rooting for the magic but I did not like how they played last night. Howard needs to score but he can't consume their entire offense.

although, I almost think there will be more value in waiting until after game 2 to bet the hawks. if they go back 1-1 to atlanta, you might be able to get them at +300 or better.

I just doubt they take game 2 in Orlando
