203 was a bad line, most books didn't even open with it. I think the line is inflated because of the Blazers' rest. Bulls are not a 100ppg team. I'd bet anyone that they finish the regular season with a 99.9ppg avg or less. The total has gone under in 6 of the Bulls' last 7, and the public generally sees the Blazers play the Bulls well with high offense when at home. Though I expect a 99-98 Bulls victory. I wouldn't be shocked if the final is something like Portland 103 - Bulls 87.
