Why is Court Mcgee a dog to Laflare, anything I don't know about Robert Laflare?

Was originally thinking McGee as well, but Laflare should be strong enough to bully MCgee against the fence and use his aggression to win the decision.

Uyenoyama 1.75u to win 3.76u
Castillo 1.5u to win 3.85u
Faber 1.88u to win 1.25u (will prob add more as price improves)
Faber/McGee/Healy/Stout/Bowling 0.2u to win 2.4u
Faber/Mendes/Castillo/Healy/Stout/Uyenoyama 0.5u to win 21.81u

Good chance i'll add some on Faber, JB, Stout and possibly more on some of the bets I already have.

Quite like this card for betting, a lot more than the last one anyway. I think i'll hit 1/2 dogs on Castillo and Uyenoyama most of the time and I like all of my favs to win.
I'm following this guy tonight. 1 unit bet on dogs and to win 1 unit on the favs.

i have no problem keeping the bet on, but i would prlly recommend cancelling based on the brown injury. from what dana said today he has multiple herniated disks and isnt expected back rite away, so i assume could be looking at 2-3 yrs now til this bet is decided since i think brown def missd his window of somehow sneaking in for a #1 contender fite if he was able to beat condit.

again i most certainly have np keeping the bet on but if u wud like to jus cancel it we can

if we keep it on i assume it would be under the conditions of just has to go undefeated and win belt, wud have to dble check odds i think we did 17-1 on 2 fites or less(certainly wont b the case now) and 25-1 on 3 or more fites

jus quote this post and lmk wat u wanna do
Didn't realize it was this serious. Barring an incredible KO of a top 3 fighter I can't see him getting a title shot with only 1 win. So it prob. will be at least 3 fights before he gets the belt. But I do agree with you that the window of opportunity just shrunk big time for him. Shame as he never got his due imo.

You were right about the bet stipulations, thx for reminding me.
I'll keep the bet on as I still believe in him.

I really think this is going to decision one way or the other. Laflare seems content with decisions using wrestling while McGee doesn't have much pop.

I doubled my ridiculous to win 21u parlay (had a friend who was going to tail but then backed out so now I have 1u to win 42.xu)

Also added 0.5u to win 6.7u on same parlay minus Uyenoyama and a 0.5u to win 12.xu parlay on Bowling/Stout/Healy/JB/Faber/Mendes fight u2.5 rounds

Ridiculous amoutn of parlays on this card, so i'll probably book a small loss or a huge win, wait and see I guess.

Nice price, it's at -12x now - I got -108 for mine

I added 0.4u on Bowling for the sweat as well

Just realised I have 21u in play on this card, although I did place some bets for friends so I think only ~15u of it is mine

Was here last night: http://www.ufc.com/media/Team-Alpha-Male--House-Party

They were all on good form and seemed really ready for the fights.

Of all the fighters at the weigh ins Mcdonald had by far the hardest cut, one of the worst I've seen.

McGee is the master of bully. LaFlare is getting a lil to much credit for his last performance imo

i dont really like any fights but i wanna bet big on 1 fight and 1 fight only any tips would be appreciated

best bet of the card?

On Mendes 4.5 to win 1 unit
Faber 1.30 to win 1 unit
Healy 1.5 to win 1 unit
Probably going add a bit more on Healy as I really like him against Green, think he matches up very well and will get a 3rd round stoppage or unanimous decision. The line is also getting better at -144 now.

Looking for a favourite or a dog? Faber and Healy are both great value for favs imo (i'd cap both at more like -180 than their current prices) and Uyenoyama and Castillo both win more than their price suggests. Mendes fight u2.5 rounds is good too, Mendes is a top 3 FW with power, athleticism and better striking and wrestling and Lentz is going to get badly owned here, I think he definitely finishes more than the price suggests (alternatively you could take Mendes ITD but the difference in price is negligible and you're basically getting a random Lentz ITD for free)

somewhere around -200 would be cool if i could get that price

Close first round, Uyenoyama looking decent for a +200 dog

Both with a takedown and top control but I think Uyenoyama landed the better strikes standing. Oz won more of the second half of the round but I have it 10-9 for Uyenoyama scoring the round as a whole

@Puntit, i'd take Healy or Faber if you want a small to moderate fav but I like all of my picks pretty equally value wise

Note to Uyenoyama, do not settle in comfortably on the bottom you're winning the standup and can land takedowns

WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING STOP PULLING GUARD YOU'RE WINNING THE STANDUP AND ONLY GETTING TAKEN DOWN WHEN YOU SURRENDER POSITION DELIBERATELY

Also ref has the most epic beard ever

Is Uyenoyama out of gas or something? Why does he keep trying to pull guard?
MMA Thread Quote
12-14-2013 , 05:47 PM
...and he pulls guard for a third time surrendering the round for no reason

19-19 (or could be 20-18 Oz)

If i'm Uyenoyama's corner i'm PISSED right now.

Not looking good anymore, hopefully he comes out and fights r3 the way he fought the first

He's landing the better shots standing just stand and trade even though he's primarily a grappler

There goes the fight and it's because of his cardio which is just inexcusable in this weightclass

Skillset wise +200 looks good but his gameplanning is just wtf
MMA Thread Quote

healy at around -150 would be my recommendation as well, certainly not a lock, but he's a tough vet who has beaten better competition than bobby green and has a clear path to victory with his grappling that could make him look like a much bigger favorite if things go well.

as a bonus green is unlikely to get the benefit of the doubt in any borderline referee judgement calls after being awarded a very questionable TKO after kicking his opponent in the nuts 3 times in the first round of his last fight.
MMA Thread Quote

That's either 4 or 5 times he's pulled guard now. I fully believe he'd be winning the fight right now if he didnt keep pulling guard. Maybe he's too tired to stand or something.
MMA Thread Quote

Well that's a 29-28 loss, there is no reason why he should have lost this fight though based on what we've seen and Ozkilic is a snap fade vs anyone decent next fight

If his cornermen told him to pull guard they need to be fired, and Uyenoyama needs a new cardio trainer
