I feel people are overestimating Sonnens wrestling advantage due to the Silva fights.

Silvas (only) weakness is wrestling he's been taken down many times in his career, Henderson, Lutter etc. Jones has much better wrestling and it will be far more difficult for Sonnen to take him down. I'm expecting a beat down by Jones, the wrestling will neutralise itself and they will be standing where Jones has the reach, power and technical advantage.

That being said I'll have .5U on Sonnen purely for fun

I can see Arlovski cracking AJ's chin first due to better striking - sure AJ may take him down but eventually one of them will connect standing and I lean towards it being Arlovski. The guy did KO big country and even JDS couldn't do that

Arvolski is weird in that he's a physically/genetically gifted HW (before the new breed came, there are quite a few of them now like cain + jds. Also Arvolski is past his prime imo.) with good technical striking. He's mad quick for a HW.

GSP -225/+175 Hendricks. Right about where I figured it would open, funny cuz I predicted GSP -250 and said I'd probably bet him at -200. Not sure which way I lean at this price, seems like a fair line.

Hendricks gas tank ran out vs Condit and GSP is always amazing early.

As good as Hendricks is, i'm expecting 50-45x3 for GSP yet again... and no, i'm not betting on GSP to finish anyone ever again he doesn't even try to anymore.

I'll be all over GSP -225 if it's still available closer to fight time and both camps go well etc. (not going to tie up money for 5 months or whatever obv)

I'm much more excited for the WSOF card than the Bellator card over the next few days, anyone else feel the same way? I wonder if Bellator's days as the number two promotion are numbered... betting wise, i'm leaning Arlovski, Nam, Branch, Simpson and Cavalcante at current prices, although starting to change my mind on Nam a bit as I learn more about his opponent. Don't particularly love any of the Bellator lines.

That GSP line is such a good price! I'm a huge Hendricks fan also but I just don't see it happening, will be a lot more entertaining than GSP/Diaz though, hopefully more like GSP/Condit. First GSP fight I will have actually bet on in ages.

Has anyone got any thoughts on Pickett/Easton for the UFC Sweden card? I know they're both coming off losses (I believe), but I have this funny itch towards Easton but for the moment I'm still undecided.
