Eh. Really thought Meek was gonna do a little better getting off the cage. Just couldn't break that grip. Once he was down though it's kinda whats expected. Still got a few fun moments to sweat. Lets go PVZ.

Going to swat Swoops house if PVZ loses JKJK 100% JK!

Meh, went close to how I expected but less dominant positions for Usman. Glad I kept the bet small. Annoying all of the other earlier spots I liked won and that one lost, but all good.

Please give him a real opponent now. Usman would be the easiest bet ever against Covington

Down slightly for the card, a PVZ win will still lock in profit for the card guaranteed. Let's do it PVZ

She's not a lock just value at the price I got. I'm on for my standard max bet. I think she's in the 60-65% range to win which is pretty solid given the price.

Looks like Choi's drifted back to his opening price after a bit of Stephens money came in after the Choi steam earlier. The line is probably about right with Choi at about -160 I just really think he should win this fight.

Looks like we narrowly beat the PVZ closing price, seems like she's about a -103 to -105 novig fav at most books

No mistakes Paige, just pressure, volume striking and takedowns if they're there.

Annoying PVZ made a mistake there on the throw dangerous spot come on escape

10-9 Clark obviously, off a PVZ mistake. I think PVZ should stick and move on the feet for the start of r2 see how things go

Don't grapple PVZ you're winning the standup

Hope she can hold top position and not make a mistake or look to separate and strike

Paige has some bad fight IQ she needs to use her movement to stay out of scrambles; she def is weaker in the clinch than I expected but she has a bigger edge standing. I'm worried she won't be able to get up though.

Really gross to give up a takedown from the spot she was in even though she's taken zero damage on the bottom

If she can get up and strike she can still win r2 and with it the fight by decision but yuck

Hopefully the refs took a payoff xD Sigh

I wonder how you score this, GnP while in a triangle

It should be 20-18 Clark unfortunately Paige is so mistake prone even though she has way more upside. Could be 19-19 as PVZ is the only fighter who did damage in r2, but probably 18-20. Paige needs to stand and trade in r3 if there's any chance of a decision, if not it's tough to say whether she should strike or go for top position

Obv not loving my spot, but a couple of mistakes have cost her rounds she should be winning

Crazy that she said she broke her arm in r1 and is somehow still sort of in the fight not a good sign

Ill give her that... PVZ is tough as ****.

The ridiculous thing is if PvZ just used her movement and spammed kicks all fight she'd have just won a 30-27 it turns out, the key moment was when she didn't separate properly in r2 and got taken down

If her arm really is broken she's doing amazingly well to still be fighting

Still convinced i'm on the right side of this if they fought 10 times even though i'm about to lose barring a couple judges mis-scoring r2

PVZ wins r3, should lose 28-29 but she should have won the fight if not for the mistake in r2/broken arm etc

r3 is close actually but I think PVZ won it on body kicks etc

Robbery in my favour plz

edit: nope. Still, Paige is underrated now and Clark is overrated. Paige needs to work on her fight IQ and keep working with her BJJ coach. Nice win by Clark. but she's drawing dead against the elite of the division.

I lose for the card now, will lose small if Choi wins or big if he loses

Anyone else doubting that arm is broken? Anyway, after that third round you gotta think PVZ could have won this if she didn't voluntary grapple in the second. Won 2.5u though and thats two cards in a row for me. 2018 looking better so far.

Re: PVZ if it turns out she broke her arm I was 100% on the right side, if not it was close; if she immediately separated when she got top position and went back to spamming kicks she just wins. Clark had no answer for the kick spam which was basically a 'move around and mash the 'X' button' gameplan but it turns out whats what would have worked; if her arm really was broken thats ridiculous that she managed to grapple as well as she did but she needed to stand and stick and move

I would happily bet PVZ at evens in a rematch even after the loss, it just sucks to lose there.

I added a little on Choi; not enough to break even for the card but hopefully gets the win.

PVZ threw a spinning back fist and her forearm crashed on Clark's head early in the fight. They showed it on a replay after the fight. I have no doubt that her arm is really broken, Paige is very game & tough I give her that. But Clark would have won that in either case and would win a re-match in my opinion. Anyway, sorry Swoop, but that was a big win for me.

Closing -170/+150 on Pin so i'm right on the no vig line.

Come on Choi, I just think he matches up well here. Way more technical, and Stephens doesn't like to wrestle which is his biggest weakness. I think Stephens will be happy to brawl with him but Choi will just land more often.

And @Jim we'll agree to disagree then, if PVZ separates in r2 instead of jumping on top of Clark I think we're looking at a 29-28 PVZ with a broken arm, and she doesn't break her arm in a high percentage of fights. I still think PVZ is a fav in a rematch and this was just one of the 4 in 10 times or so that Clark wins.

Close r1 but definitely a Choi round, Choi landed slightly cleaner plus a ton of leg kicks. Competitive though

This looks about how I expected it to look so far; Choi more technical and Stephens swinging for the fences with neither having any interest in grappling

10-9 Choi

Pretty much a lock for FOTN already

Hopefully Choi stays technical rough start to r2

Ugh ffs premature stoppage, lame

I mean I know Choi was in trouble but that hurts

0-3 card, got crushed. Lame. Worst card in ages for me.

edit: in hindsight stoppage not terrible, but i'd have liked to have seen Choi given more of a chance to defend himself he was still defending intelligently
