Two close rounds but Reem def landed the better strikes in r2

I think we're headed to a split dec if Werdum wins r3 but if Reem does I should be fine

Oh wow need Werdum to get this finish or im in trouble

Could be a 10-8 third here, any score's possible from 29-28 Reem to 29-27 Werdum to 28-28 to 29-28 Werdum

Not liking my chances would def rather be on Werdum straight up like I originally was we could see a split draw even which would be funny given it's a trilogy fight

Fight did not deliver really, hopefully the main is awesome

lol nice way to suck out under the 10 points system when Werdum won the fight as a whole

I'd have scored it 28-28 personally under 10 point but there is probably more of a case that Werdum won the first given how close it was than that the third wasn't a 10-8 given it was one sided GnP and a knockdown under the new criteria at least assuming they're using the new criteria no idea if they are yet in Vegas

This fight is an example of what's wrong with 10 point scoring though, two close rounds one fighter edges and a dominant round for the other guy

They aren't using the new criteria in vegas.

Its the old criteria. Still think 28-28 is correct under either ruleset tho

Can it be a 10-8 when Reem was able to kill the last 2 1/2 minutes on the ground without Werdum doing much damage?

lol at Reem, first he was acknowledging he lost by his looks an he was clearly surprised he won and was clapping for Werdum, thinking he lost.

Then at post fight interview he claims he thought he won and was not surprised. I think he should have just said it was anyone's fight and that he was afraid he might lost the fight.

anyone else noticed? or i'm seeing thing that are not there?

Under old criteria it's a 10-9, new criteria with wider use of 10-8s it's a 10-8 so depends which ruleset they're using I think (not sure which one was in effect today)

Let's go Whittaker, I have a triple interest in this - a bet on Whittaker (hedged by Romero r3 because it's what he does), as an Aussie I want our first UFC Champ and also Yoel Romero is a cheating scumbag and a bad person and I can't stand him and want to see him knocked out.

Give him the beatdown he deserves Bobby Knuckles!

Then under 10 point the decision is probably fine to be honest. Which kind of sucks for Werdum as he won the fight as a whole

Not complaining though given I had a bet on Reem decision

Will win for the card regardless now, will be a medium win if Romero wins or a big win if Whittaker does

Liking what im seeing from Whittaker will be crazy if he can win with an injured leg

I am going deeper with Whittaker's leg trashed: Live In-Play Yoel Romero (-120) vs Robert Whittaker $480.00 for $400.00

Might need Romero to gas to win this given Whittaker's leg injury which sucks he's doing so well in the standup

Romero a big fav livebetting due to the leg now obv

Whittaker just over all does not have timing / technique (to nail him).

Whitaker's leg is clearly ****ed, hurt it in rd 1

Seems like he has nothing now

Close r1, r2 to Romero obviously

Livebettings -400/+250 but no chance i'm taking Romero at that price given he could gas even with Whittaker's leg messed up he'll still win the standup exchanges

Romero breathing heavy and Whittaker landing now, we're live! Back to -150/+110 live for Romero

Whittaker -125 now and hes dealing with the leg pain well

Yoel looking slower and backing up now Whittaker's getting confident and going after it

Unless Yoel gets a second wind going I like my side again hopefully Whittaker works the body a bit

r1 flip r2 Romero r3 Whittaker so far

Bisping taunting Romero from the crowd, I like it

Whittaker -163 Romero +120 after 3 rounds live

What heart by Whittaker to fight through the injury

Yoel is gassed now, Whittaker has this as long as he doesn't make any mistakes, either 39-37 Whittaker or 38-38 depending how the first round went, Whittaker -300 live now

I've been waiting for SO many fights to say Romero isn't champ material. Finish the job Whittaker!

Romero has a hell of a chin but Whittaker's cardio and heart win the day

48-47 or 49-46 Whittaker, what a champion to fight through a leg injury and win it! Should be a great fight vs Bisping assuming they make that fight and they should, GSP should fight the Maia/Woodley winner
