Hopefully Maldonado gets out of the first round intact, and puts it on in the second.
Went as planned. Until the third round. Maldonado started slapping his own face more than punch Rampages. Didn't even want to engage in the last 10 seconds. Gave it away. Did not even try. GG. Barberena got robbed. Laprise had a very good first round and after that did nothing but backpedal.

2015 total: -6u

appreciating JimGunn results and presentation,

JimGunn,
how are your results to date this year?
You keep posting big numbers in green after not coming in here and talking sht for several pages and then losing money hand over fist.

Just clean pro level picks and solid results,
Only improvement I could see to your final post is.
- Total risked at the event.
- Results to date in the year etc.

GL to JimGunn live long and prosper

Thanks for the kind words Balla. This is a fun hobby for me. It's us against the books, not each other! I keep a detailed spreadsheet with my results for my own records. I should add the running total to my sig now that I'm on a roll. I'm up 22.31u for the calendar year 2015 and 5.68u lifetime since I started betting 15 months ago. 1u=$100.

should be some way that every one in the forum thread can integrate and do all the bunch of things that spring to mind, like viewing others bets by unit, results in year / life time (if person approves), a quick average pre event report or as you say spread sheet of the picks.

Top three members by results and their highlighted collloum, and then also people can export or post their results like you do in a nice way, just like its a hand history.

don't know if that's clear, what I am saying is for their to be a really helpful way for people to maximise the support of the MMA betting community here by doing the boring bit of record keeping, lots could be drag and drop able.

Every one here is awesome, if any one thinks what I am saying is a helpful idea to fokes, I might be able to put a few $ towards getting it off the ground.

Take the MMA thread to the next level.

Could have a system in your mma wallet record area that makes recommendations biased on others betting.

"Witnesses said the driver who started the accident exited his vehicle, then went back to grab a "large handful of cash." The man was described as African American and wearing a white shirt with dark pants. He allegedly ran north from the accident scene and hopped a fence. Officers were unable to find him.

Inside the man's vehicle, a silver Buick SUV, police found a marijuana pipe with marijuana in it and "paperwork belonging to a Jonathan Jones, which had MMA information on it from the state of Nevada," the report stated. There was also Enterprise rental car paperwork inside the vehicle. Several phone calls placed to Jones at the time were unsuccessful.

An off-duty police officer identified the man fleeing the vehicle as Jones, the MMA fighter, according to the report. The off-duty officer also described the man as wearing a white shirt with dark pants. He saw him run up a dirt hill. ...

... Albuquerque PD spokesman Tanner Tixier confirmed with MMAFighting.com on Monday morning that police still have not heard from Jones nor his lawyer."

Evidence piling up... Such hypocrisy, other fighters would have been fired for less.

IANAL, but it looks like the hit and run is a misdemeanor and I'm assuming the pipe is too (if that). If there's nothing else, I doubt he'll get any meaningful time or get cut. There's just no way the UFC is going to hand Jon Jones to Bellator over only that. Edit: oh, broke her arm in the wreck. That's not good. I still don't think he gets cut but this is a lot more interesting now.

The question will be- can she fight up a weight class and be competitive with the bigger girls who cut down to strawweight? I mean look at the most recent card, where girls like Valerie Letourneau and Jessica Rakoczy cut over 20 pounds to make the 115 limit while Michelle Waterson will be coming up ten pounds from atomweight. This will be an issue especially if her opponents are wrestler/grinder types.

Sad thing is the UFC won't do anything about it. I've been saying for years that this guy thinks he can float through life dodging responsibility and the UFC just enables him to continue doing so in the name of good business.

Hope the lady sues him for millions.

not to make light of the accident, but that must have been some run to behold,

MMA trained, super elite fit, long legs, super high on weed.

He must have ran FFFFFFFAAAAAAASSSTTTTTT, lol jones cant handle his weed, he can handle any one in the ring but not getting lean behind the wheel.

Another instance of a super sports person, only person that can beat them is themselves.

What an idiot to drive high, if you want to get high, get a person, man, lady, stripper, what ever floats your boat, you get high relax in the back seat and don't have any thing in the car just toot up properly before you head out, or worse case carry one small hit in those portable vaporizer things.

Doesn't the UFC have any kind of support mechanisms or fighter "buddys", that if UFC see the fighter is having issues and they are high value, some processes kick in.

In theory Jones should not actually be smoking it up, but if you are do do it discreetly ffs, what is the guy thinking?

Also kind of difficult to understand what I am going to say now, but this crash is perfect, he now has the wake up call of wake up calls, he fled a crash with a pregnant women which may or may not have had issues.

Jones should get 3 months in prison for his own good imo.

There is some thing wrong in his head and he needs to be grounded, either go to prison or live in a temple in japan for 6 months, one or the other, and Diana should talk to the courts and put forward some thing here, he is in some way responsible for feeding a personality to the state that he is driving most likely high power motor vehicle super high and then leaving people on the street with broken limbs.

Jones needs a minder team for the next 3 to 5 years

They did give him show money but the loss in sponsors money doesn't pay for the training. The money comes from establishing a career. Good to see the UFC give him a shot. And he does have a good following in the Quebec market due to the insanely violent hockey league that he played in.

Cormier vs Rumble should be interesting wonder what the line will be? Rumble must be the fav given Cormier is coming off a loss and fighting on short notice.

im not sure the line will be too insane with cormier in camp for the bader fight and the fact that cormier might be a very bad style matchup for rumble

Odds are up and Cormier is a -150 favourite. I like Johnson as the underdog here as Jones broke Cormier in the last fight and Rumbles got momentum.
