The easy way around this is you stand on a scale on your way to the cage as you're getting the vaseline on your face and you're not allowed to weigh in more than 5lbs over same day weigh in amount or you're fined and your result is changed to a NC if you win
Yes people would have to change weight classes but that would be fair and you could alter the limits if need be (make FW 150 LW 165, WW 180 LHW 215 HW 300 etc) if you want to keep your fighters in their current weight classes for the most part
Eventually someone will die or end their career cutting weight under the current system, it shortens careers and if nobody could do it then everyone's still on an even playing field only nobody needs to cut weight and you don't get Rumble fighting at 170
