I'm leaning toward letting the bet ride but want to make sure that if I do hedge I do it correctly

To hedge:

bet kor at 6/5 for 300 to win 360 returns 660

This yeilds

if kor wins profit 130
if phl wins profit 100

My only book is bodog and I have 530 in the account free to use to hedge.

Also what do you think the risk is in ignoring the rest of the feild

I would never ignore the field in a match this tight. Plus Bodog's futures prices on this tournament are god awful.

Haven't watched a minute of this tourney but have bets out to win equal amounts on Korea at 5-1 and Taiwan at 66-1. What's the dealio with these Phillipinos though? Since the final round is best ball I'd think Korea should coast to a win based on rankings, but should I play it safe and do a little hedging on the Phillipines? If anyone knows anything about the girls on these teams let me know because I've just went on rankings to make my picks. I just don't want to miss anything like someone being in a slump, injured etc.

Just my luck, I make 3 what I think are "value" bets on Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Sure enough they finish 2nd, 3rd, and 4th! I feel like a pitcher who throws a no hitter and his team loses. Oh well, I'd make the same bets over again if the event started again tomorrow.
