Thanks.
Glossary:
O = Over (as in total goals)
2' = 2 and a hook; 2 and a half; 2.5; 2 1/2, 5/2, two-and-a-half; two point five; etc
3 = 3
2',3 = (over) 2 and a half and 3. This means if the game lands at 2, its a full loss. if it ends at 4, it is a full win. if it ends at 3, you win half the wager and push the other half. Essentially you are splitting the wager evenly between O2' and O3. This is common in soccer as it makes the odds closer to 1:1.
-103 = -103 american odds; 1.97 decimal, 100/103 fraction, etc. (
http://www.sbrforum.com/betting-tools/odds-converter/) So here we risk 1.03 units to win 1 unit; or risk $103 to win $100, for example.
1/2u = one-half unit. this is the "to win" amount. So, in this example, with -103 odds, we are going to risk 1.03 x 1/2u = 0.515u to win 0.500u
