I just think the fact of so much talent around him will bring him back. Team is laying out the red carpet, Childress sayin no time table (maybe another extension?), other team leaders saying they don't care if he skips camp (he's earned it and the sort). Flip side is that could remove some of the chip on his shoulder that's been driving him. Still ... he's Brett Favre! He's from Kiln, Mississippi and grew up slingin a frozen rope in his Uncle's backyard. Dude wears wranglers. He only needs one uncovered WR in a pick up game

Try to get a parlay on him playing in 2010 with a 3.5 O/U on him tearfully changing his mind.

i dont really follow football, but i am very much in agreement with this. Not running for FG range and throwing an interception to blow an OT and maybe play in the superbowl will not be the last play of this mans career. IT WILL NOT.

The one fact that needs consideration is how he looked before the Saints game. He looked like crap, all year he looked fresh, young and in high spirits. With the interview he looked actually sick, tired and just plain boring (not usually his style). That being said, what would your bet be, would he have to take the first snap? majority? last snap? Any snap? I would say if the bet meant he needed to take 1 regular season snap that -150 is closer to realistic, I mean he got beat up in the Saints game, and the division is getting tougher and his team is getting older, I think this was the year they needed to produce.

That being said, he isn't the brightest person in the world, and may not remember this in 5 months.

Or that could just serve as motivation to him that they have to get the #1 seed, don't think anyone wants to go into New Orleans. Don't think the division is getting harder either. Still a season or two until Detroit or Chicago is decent imo

Meh, I think its a bit worse than that, but bet isnt terrible.
