Do any of your guys "locals" not move the lines during the day/week?

Any of your guys "locals" come out with the NFL or NCAA lines on wednesday or thursday and not move them at all during the week despite them moving at all the online books??
Also, what about college basketball? Any of your guys come out with them in the morning and then never move them for the course of the day?

From my experience bookies dont let you bet games days ahead of times only about an hour or 2 before the game.

Most bookies let you bet all week,I played some weekend games tonight,but I never heard of a bookie that doesn't move the lines,most just use pinnacles or cris or the greek
