Explain that? Why is it piss-poor reasoning? Has Denver even played against a decent, much less "good" defense all year? Look at their schedule. Balt, NYG, Oakland, Eagles, Dallas, Jax, Colts (and they lost), wash, SD, KC, NE (loss), KC, Tenn, SD (loss lol), Houston, Oakland.
They literally didn't play against a decent defense all year. They beat SD in the playoffs and just rolled NE (and they aren't all that good). (KC was pretty good this year actually)
Seattle played a harder schedule and has the same record at 13-3.
Defense wins championships. Good defenses make good offenses look bad. Seattle started the game down 10 points to a very good SF team and still won by a TD. Seattle should be favored in this game, that's simply the truth. If Kapernick didn't have a few decent runs and the Seahawks didn't fumble early the niners game would have been ugly.
I'll give it to Manning and his offense, they are really good, but if you think they are going to go out and score all over Seattle, well... lol.
I'm taking Seattle and it's not even close.
