I took the opener on USC as shown in the OP. I get a free pt on PSU via a certain sportsbook promotion this season. I would be on PSU +10 regardless.

If USC wins in a rout it's time to add 14 pts. to Rose Bowl line with USC in it. Like power ratings differential + 14 equals line. And still USC been covering such a formula probably.

I took PSU + on the theory that USC can't win 100 Rose Bowls in a row in a rout. They'll lose one and this team, both PSU and USC come to think of it, are different kinds of teams/matchup.

Sick. Power ratings differential + 14 1/2 = line for Rose Bowl when USC is in it. That's better than the formula they have been using. Amirite? First time I ever went against it, the USC mastery, in Rose Bowl. Got what I'm supposed to get. A USC party on my head. And Carroll, before the game in interview, described the upcoming game as a "celebration." I've never heard that from anyone else.
