Re: 5Dimes Tony Kidnapped & Murdered in Costa Rica (William Sean Creighton, American, Age 43)

Why do anything?

Tony was a legend in the industry, one of the few worthy adversaries in this sea of scumbags you exemplify so well. Kindly go **** yourself.

If your only criteria is paying out, then yes, he did pay. But that's setting the bar pretty damn low.

Sean was limiting Russian players to max bets of $25 on fresh accounts. Not exactly a worthy adversary. He also threatened to kill that guy who placed a wager at "incorrect" odds after 5d's incompetent central american customer service confirmed the odds were correct. So I'd say he falls pretty squarely in the "sea of scumbags" category.

You sound like a 12 year old dude.

Most well-adjusted adults can objectively sympathize with the tragedy of two children losing their father and a woman losing her husband.

I'm not saying lets all hold hands and sing kumbaya, but I think most adults who are not a sociopath can at least understand why some people are sympathetic.

huh? Why wouldn't evolution have anything to do with this?

Humans evolved to only feel empathy for people they know and can see around them. It's unnatural to feel empathy for every single human on the planet.

What's worse is that there isn't any video or pictures in this article so feeling any sort of serious emotion would make you a bloody weirdo. There is a reason why people don't care when they hear that a million Arabs died to bombs or that a million Africans died to starvation.

It's hard to feel empathy for people in bad circumstances in your own country yet you think it's normal to give a **** when you hear some random dude died in costa rica. That's why I'm confused as to all the virtue signalling in this thread from people who don't even know him personally.

so much virtue signalling lately it's crazy

I am incredibly not surprised that lvr managed to use the term virtue signalling twice in two sentences.

Dr Peterson says clean your room bro

man, someone made a post in saying how it was sad someone in a related field to theirs was killed in a barbaric nature. they didn't cry, they didn't not get out of bed for two days; life went on. but you felt compelled to come into a sportsbetting forum, in a thread discussing about how a major sports book operator was brutally murdered, and turn this into a "wellll achtualllly" debate about nonsense evo pysch saying how you can't feel empathy for every human being on the planet. there's a reason the hockey community was really touched by the humboldt broncos accident, because they could see people they know in those that were killed. you'd have to be an absolute knob to tell them that because there's a genocide in yemen they can't feel any sympathy because its illogical. people aren't feeling empathy for every single person on the planet, but merely taking 15 seconds out of their day to comment on something slightly adjacent to their life. also, you don't think its materially related to people's lives here that the head of 5dimes got murdered????

one more thing, you want to talk about virtue signalling? you're in every thread in a ****ing sportsbetting forum(!!!) and making it into some right wing "by your own logic" debate. shut up, you absolute dork and go clean your room. also, using the word bloody in your writing just makes you seem like another dumb jordan peterson fan who's watched 49 hours of his youtube videos. nobody uses bloody in conservation, and certainly not while writing.

Re: 5Dimes Tony Kidnapped & Murdered in Costa Rica (William Sean Creighton, American, Age 43)

Missed this thread somehow. Crazy story. Dug up a chat with him from 2012 regarding the software they were running that was discovered to be rigged. Feel free to judge me for playing casino games on 5D in the first place.

Excerpt:

5d5556058: Hi Tiffany, is Tony around this morning?
5d5556058: I was one of the players who lost money to the rigged casino software last year and never received any refund for it.
Tiffany: Password please?
5d5556058: ********
Tiffany: Thanks
Tiffany: Let me see if Tony is available.
Tiffany: Let me transfer you now
5d5556058: Thank you Tiffany
Tiffany: No problem, just a moment please.
info: Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Tony'.
info: You are now chatting with 'Tony'
Tony: greetings
5d5556058: Hi Tony
Tony: which "rigged" casino are you referring to?
5d5556058: the BLR software
Tony: what games did you play?
5d5556058: no quotes needed on that one, I'd say.
5d5556058: the craps game
Tony: how much did you lose playing craps?
5d5556058: around $800. not sure exactly as the account history was cleared not long after the news broke.
5d5556058: i contacted support via email a long time ago but the guy must've been new or something. wasn't even aware of the issue.
Tony: i don't think so
Tony: i think this is a bull**** claim
Tony: and it is denied
5d5556058: care to be more specific?
Tony: you're full of ****
Tony: that is what i think

I remember getting a similar response from him about an issue I had many years ago. I can't remember what the issue was, but that was definitely his attitude.

I never feel the need to post anything, but LVR's contributions to this thread are about the weirdest and most pathetic thing I've seen on here.

Also, that chat with Tony was great

What industry are you talking about? This stupid **** needs to stop

Sportsbettors and Bookmakers do not work in the same industry in the same way Law Enforcement and Criminals do not work in the same industry.

Even if we did work in the same industry it is still retarded to act like you care about a random person's death.
