I'm playing fastforward Poker on ongame (like zoom on stars) and recently bought myself Hold em manager to get better results (hopefully). So I am a big noob in this programm..

currently I only use the default HUD settings which are:
TOT VPIP
TOT PFR
Postflop AF
TOT 3Bet

As there are so many stats to select I wondered if you could recommend me some for zoom poker nl50 which I could add?

also what do you think about my stats:
VPIP 20
PFR 16.5
3Bet 8.34
WTSD% 31.3
W$SD% 50.2
Agg 2.88
Agg% 43.7

Those stats represent only 6k Hands. Is that enough to make already a statement about my play and what I could improve?

To tight imo, but ok. I would add Flop CB/Fold to flop CB/ Aggression/ Fto3b rest if necessary.
