TT Deep, played poorly TT Deep, played poorly

Have villain as 21/12/2 over 81 hands.
I didnt feel like giving up on this flop as I felt overcards were a big part of his range. Should I either c/f or c/r the flop? I find leading out here the wrong thing to do as I can get raised off my hand so easily.
As we're out of position I think I should def have raised flop as now I still dont know where I am and check the turn.
Just when you thought I couldn't play the hand worse I made a stupid bet on the river. I wasn't thinking at the time obv cause what is there to get value from that we beat? and I folded to river bet of course.
Anyways, the reason for the post is cos I butchered the hand and have trouble even when I am thinking, in these spots. Advice pls

u played it fine imo. If this is a bluff its a pretty sick one. If the guy was a thinking player i might be more elected to call but here only thing u can do is fold.

I'm kind of inclined to check/call or check/fold this river as opposed to value betting. Im assuming his range is almost 100% either air hands like AK and AQ that won't call or will try to bluff you off, or hands that have you owned. Since you're not getting any value out an AK type hand here, and i think he rarely has a low PP that will pay you off I think leading the river is worse than trying to bluff catch, and worse than check folding.

Think PF, flop & turn is okay, bc you wont get value from many worse hands.. mabye AK/AQ's on turn, but you dont want to get pushed off either since he might aswell have JJ+. The river i think i'd c/c.

Preflop, flop and turn is totally standard. but i much prefer a check/call on the river. basically this will add bluffs into his range if he bets the river, aswell as his strong hands that have you beat anyway. But when you make a blocking style bet on the river you can only really hope to get called by 88, that you beat. and we will fold out all his over cards etc.

strange line by him, but i like his push as a bluff (dunno if he is capable of that) as your hand looks alot like it is and will be hard to call.

What are the chances he could be bluffing? I don't play these stakes, but I think the bet with TT on the river looks like a steal attempt to him (even though the flop is paired there are still some draws there) and maybe induced this shove. Of course i have no idea what this player is capable of.

You're ahead very often on the river. I would not take a bet tiny/fold line. I think flop is fine.
