hes not passive, not aggressive, something inbetween, imo he can have a godo ace here but I dont think hed play the river that way with worse than AQ. so other options are A5.

I really doubt he's B/3Bing AT or anything like that, even if he is a 51/14 donk.

Raising the river is OK, especially with a small pot and the turn check that looks weak, but I think you need to fold to the re-raise.
