Hand please?

Its not a hand I actually played, but I seen it posted on a UK forum and I was perplexed by some of the answers given. I thought post it on 2+2 and see what the consensus is.

The question the hero wanted asked is What would you do and why?

You always leading top set?

We betting for value or because we're scared of the draws?

what answer is there besides bet, this is a stupid hand. 200 bbs deep, only $30 in the pot, board is drawy, we are in position. this isnt "leading" top set, and it is obviously a bet for both value AND to protect against draws
