Telling the fish from the regs

In general, do full buyins mean regs and if so should I avoid them? I know auto topups obviously show the regs properly. Also, is it profitable to buy HH`s for 50nl or is there much point?

No point imo.
Just play with a hud and poker tracker or hem will take care of the rest. Also, don't play too many tables so you can get a feel for the game and for your opponents.
