Hand 2 is standard, but why do you bet flop this big in hand 1? Same goes for the turn.
Hand 3 I fold turn without history.

In general, you don't need to cbet in 3betted pots every time, especially with lots of equity (hand 2) or on a dry board (hand 1). And if you do cbet, try to size your cbets a tad smaller.

hand 1 - cbet less and bet less ott
hand 2 - standard, but cbet less here aswell
hand 3 - fold pre at first sight or fold turn vs that sizing

are these all vs unknowns?

hand 1: as played puke call, but something is amiss

hand 2: we have 0 FE imo

hand 3: spew

First to are OK. The last one looks like a fold too weak to play good postflop in 3bet pot!

h1 and 2 are super std. h3 is spew ldo.

So too aggro on hand1? If I bet smaller on flop and get CR on turn is this a fold?

Hand 2 seems justified because I am about 50/50 against anything but a 2 pair, set.

I agree that hand 3 is definitely spew... I was just wondering if the call PF was justified?

I think most ssnl players probably don't 3bet for value wide enough/aggressively enough but that said I'd consider flatting hand1 and hand2 pre. Hand 1 because 3betting AQ vs MP openers in general just isn't as good as doing it vs. CO/BTN openers (their ranges are stronger, they fold weak aces more often, etc.).
*edit, I just noticed villain is actually in the CO so disregard that

Also in Hand 2 there's arguably more value in flatting to let the limper who is likely a fish into the hand.

Apparently if you got flatted by 54s and KQo then you picked good opponents to be 3betting but if you didn't have that information and just kinda saw "AQ, I 3bet!" then it's something to think about.

Postflop looks pretty standard in the first two but your sizings are off. Turn sizing in hand 1 is kinda terrible. Just bet a little over half pot. You can still shove the river and it encourages him to call a little wider. Your flop sizing in hand 2 is also much too big. On really wet boards like this you can upsize your cbets if you have KQ or AA or whatever but I don't really see the benefit of doing that with middle pair even if your equity is really good.

This seems to be the norm thats what makes playing hands like AQ out of the blinds a little tough to play.

Bet sizing noted. Thanks

Hand 1: Standard
Hand 2: Standard
Hand 3: 4bet or fold to the 3 bet, my standard would be fold to the SB if he is even semi compitent he has PP's and AK AQ alot here. but I can't fault you for 4 betting a hand that is no where near strong enough to call with. But I'm 4 betting CO and BTN raises.. Call is terrible though.
