Obviously it's +EV to get it in on the flop. Your OP is garbage- you need to post some reads on villain and your image, stuff like that, to determine whether it's more +EV to shovel a bunch of money in on the flop or do something else other than folding.

exactly what do you mean by "play perfect"? because i take that to mean you are going to be able to play the hand as if you could see his cards which is not even close to true here.

I think it depends what site it's from/which converter you use, dunno but if you look at stack sizes and the shove sizing it's obv
