man, so i been paying for DC last several months and was looking in to getting leggo out of bordeom.

random affiliate contacts me saying he can offer me x amount of rakeback and bonuses aswell as free subscription to any poker site if my MGR is $500+.

I ask my current affiliate if he offers anything similar and he said he has been offering free DC subs for the last 5 months or something and he forgot to translate it to english on his affiliate page.

grrr. anyway ship the free subs from now on!

I think it's fine unless you've been pounding on him or something. Stove it if you want, but if his range is AA/KK/QQ/AK I'm pretty sure it's a fold.

Against that range it's pretty much breakeven. Villain basically needs to be doing this with only KK+ to fold here.

It's probably more likely to be KK+ than wider than QQ+/AK, so I'd lean to fold.

If Imrahil is playing really loose/lag then I think that changes the dynamic to lean towards a felt though.

i dont think im ever folding KK there, specially in todays games with all the squeezing/resqueezing and agro'ness preflop. im not liking it but im still not folding it.
Number of times I have seen someone who wasn't a maniac cold 5-bet shove without AA:

a) zero
b) one or two times
c) often enough to snap KK without thinking

In about 600k hands, my answer is a). What's yours?

Yeah I mean when he cold 4-bet in front of me I thought, "DAMN I run hot!"

And then I realised that there's like, NO WAY I can play my hand that doesn't scream "AA" and realised that I wasn't, actually, running hot. So I thought **** it I will shove and hope the cold-4-bettor has QQ+ because after putting in that much he ain't folding. When UTG snapped I thought it was a split pot and when he showed I actually loled at him.

i have seen KK cold 5-bet shove. think about it, you have KK, and there is a cold 4-bet ahead of you. do you really fold? against nits, probably, but i have definitely seen some people cold 4-bet light, when the 3 bettor is obviously on a wide range.

obviously, since he has KK, the cold 5-bettor probably has AA, so it is a fold.
