i think i'm probably calling here nearly always without a read since it looks like he's just block betting and imo the range for his line includes basically no 2s or 5s (except 22 / 55). but since you lost i'm now trying to figure out wtf he had. since he L/C pf both quads are possible i guess. no other 5 though really unless he OOP floats A5 or 45 for whatever reason. and since he open limped the CO idk if AA or KK are there, though i've seen it.

i'm gonna take a shot and say he had quads but i don't know which.

but just as another point of discussion, do you bet if he checks to you / how much / fold to any raise?
