Hello everyone..Im not sure if there has been any post on here about rush poker strategy.

Given that reads on the majority of your opponents is minimal, how are you guys playing rush poker on FTP with 100 bb stack. I am mainly interesed in your preflop plays ie are you playing more in position? What hands are you opening utg? Are you playing sooted connectors and gappers oop etc? Thanks in advance.

because villains have less reads, you can exploit polarized strategies. You can be a LAG on the boarder of donkey, or a TAG on the boarder of nit. Rarely are there going to be villains with that information AND the ability to act on it.

A fun example is set mining.
55 on BTN, calling a 4bb raise from MP. HU flop.
Flop:
Q42 (or K43, or whatever hand in which villain's range is generally going to be a one-pair hand at best).
You're going to be able to raise these flops and double-barrel the turn a lot more often than you would be able to if it was a regular game. Villain isn't going to be able to use the raise flop% (though many players make the mistake of not including it anyway), and will give up the best hand very often (and, obviously, the worst hand).

For the nittier players, most people aren't going to know that you only 3bet with AA or KK? To be frank, I think the benefits are far better for laggy players. Most players are going to approach you as ABC. Vary from that by either being tighter or more aggressive than ABC and you should benefit.
