Would you have called the turn? (given that his range contains FD's,trips and rarely kings - imo)

How do you interpret villain's range? (I think 78s is most likely here)

With no reads on the guy, I would just go ahead and bet the turn for value, too many draws he might c/ behind. Prolly c/c any non diamond river

you say he is a rather solid player but he limps. i think this implies you need to do some serious work on your game at lower limits. if limpers are giving you trouble than you dont know what is going on and just need some ground work
