Dealt to Hero: QQ

Villain Raises 3.5BB
4 folds
Hero Reraises to 12BB
Villain 4bets to 26BB
Hero??

What is the standard play here without much history? Fold or Shove? How much does the decision change if the button calls and this is a Squeeze?

im not folding QQ pre vs. standard tag 100BB deep. same with AK.
