villain is a kinda reg 28/24/2.5 w/ flop c/r of 15% and wtsd of 27, he also folds to cbets only 19% so he's kinda floaty/bluffy on the flop.

This kind of player would usually reraise you in a BvB situation with most pp's and big cards. He's probably more like to defend/call with 75s, 86s, K9s type stuff. Therefore, I think the hands you fear are actually 2-pair (or maybe the straight) and the hands that might bluff you are the single pair floaters like A6s, 54s, etc...

I think a jam has merit, but you're only making it $115 more so he'll be getting 2.6:1 on a call. I'd probably just note the line and let him take this one.

Why would you ever think he would do this with ~ KQ? That would require some sort of ridiculous soul-read on his part wrt your betsizing or something such that he could narrow your range to mostly weak Kx/QQ/JJ type hands that were vbetting sem-thin. Your perceived range is likely to be more composed of nut/air type hands against which donking the river makes no sense.
