Villain (SB) in this hand runs around 19/18 over ~150 hands. This is my first orbit and I haven't played any hands thus far. No personal history with villain.

I just started playing again after a long hiatus and my experience in 4-bet pots is seriously lacking. What's standard here?

Edit: meh I should read better. Fold is pretty standard.
